DYER ACCUSED OF SEXUALLY ABUSING 7-YR-OLD
January 20, 2010 Charles Alan Dyer, age 29, of Marlow, OK, known among resistance and militia groups as the July4Patriot, was formerly
charged this afternoon in Stephens County with sexually abusing a
seven-year-old girl.
Despite the paranoid belief by the Patriot Movement that Dyer has been set up by the federal government, who they claim have had a programmed child make false accusations against their movement’s hero, Gossip Boy has learned that the alleged victim is a close family member of Dyer’s. [To protect the child from retaliation by militia members, we are not going to provide specific details that will identify the little girl.] The bond placed on the charge is in the amount of $50,000. Militia members around the nation have already begun raising money to bond Dyer out of jail for both his weapons charges and the allegations of child molestation. In the meantime, a protective order has been obtained by the mother of the child Dyer stands accused of molesting. Dyer now facing federal weapon charge

Sr. Reporter: Cochise County Militia considers forming paramilitary squad
Tim Steller | Posted: Monday, April 19, 2010 3:16 pm | Comments
Tired of watching smugglers and other illegal border crossers walk past, the Cochise County Militia is planning to form a paramilitary squad with permission to confront them.
Bill Davis, who founded the group in 2001, said in an email to supporters Monday that the militia would be forming a "private military company."
" We will be forming a PMC - (Private Military Company) - completely legal!!! - We can be considered paramilitary, but not vigilantes, mercenaries, etc."
"While we prefer combat veterans, all are invited to fill all positions. There is NO PAY involved, in fact, we spend a lot out of our pockets to keep going in this immigration battle."
Interviewed on the subject, Davis said the idea is to get past the frustration of calling the Border Patrol on smugglers or others, only to see them vanish into the brush. The paramilitary group would consist of people with military or law enforcement experience willing to step out and stop suspected criminals as needed.
Among those who have signed up so far, Davis said, "They all have confirmed kills, from Vietnam or later on. They’re not wannabes who go out and buy a set of camos and go out in the woods with a rifle."
He said the group would operate legally either on private property or public lands where rules permit. The group would be voluntary, so members could not be considered mercenaries, Davis said. And they would adhere to all laws, he said, so they couldn't be considered vigilantes.

Donations to Cochise County Militia declining
Posted - 8/25/2009
The Cochise County Militia relies on donations to watch for illegal immigrants and smugglers. But in the downturn economy, donations are down too. Dan Frazier volunteers his time with the Cochise County Militia. Today he's moving one of the group's cameras that track smugglers. The evidence of smugglers is evident as they cross through the washes and thick brush: bottles of water, discarded clothes, and cans of food. "Somebody's got to do it. It isn't going to happen by itself," says group leader Bill Davis.
It takes a lot more than just a hike through the desert to help protect the border. The group says they need money for food, gasoline and technology. "We're always hurting for 9 years. We've been hurting, we don't get grant money. We rely strictly on donations," Davis says. But as the economy has slumped, so have donations for the Cochise County Militia. Most of their donations come from out of state, but they're drying up. "It's impacted on equipment. I'm still going out on foot and contacting Border Patrol when I find something," Frazier says. They've looked at shutting down some of its operations for a few months to help balance the books. But illegal immigrants and drug smugglers will still cross the border, even when economic times are good or bad. "It's slowing it down, but it's not going to stop it. I don't care if I have to hitchhike down to the border," Davis says.
Militia using Green Beret photo without permission (updated)
Ed Rasor is a former Green Beret and was a member of the Afghan president's security detail, but he has nothing to do with the Cochise County Militia.
That's why he's been trying for months to have the militia's founder, Bill Davis, remove his photo from the group's website (now down). Nevertheless, Rasor's image remained there through mid-day today, the first picture on the site under the slogan "Thirsty illegals are just dying to be caught".
In the picture, Rasor is inside a vehicle, carrying a big, powerful weapon: an M4 assault rifle with an attached M203 grenade launcher.
By mid-afternoon, the website had been taken down.
Rasor called me today because he saw a story I wrote about Davis and the militia planning to form a private military company with permission to interdict "trespassers," including drug smugglers, on private property near the Mexican border.
He said he's called Davis, the FBI, the Cochise County Sheriff's Office and the group's domain registrar, register.com. Rasor has never heard back from Davis, he said.
But Davis acknowledged by phone today that he's heard from Rasor. He said he has somehow lost access to manage his website, and even a conversation with register.com's tech support couldn't restore his access to allow him to remove the photo. He also asked the registrar to remove it if they can, he said.
"I'm doing the best I can to get rid of it, but I can't do it," Davis said.
And he seemed irritated at Rasor's efforts.
"This guy’s pissing me off. I’m going to have to fly back to New York and bust his chops," the septuagenarian Davis said.
Told of the comment, Rasor said, "He's got a lot of nerve to be pissed off at me."
Rasor doesn't appreciate being associated with the group, he said, because he is not a supporter of the militia and he thinks it's dangerous for special forces members -- even former members -- to be involved with such groups. He also said it's hurt his attempt to get jobs, because the mention of him on the Cochise County Militia site is one of the first responses that comes up when you search his name on Google.
Davis said about a year and a half ago he received the photo from Rasor's father, who has since died, and had permission from the father to use it, but he acknowledged he didn't have permission from Rasor himself.

Dem lawmakers protest border-security speaker, call him anti-semitic
By Luige del Puerto

Two Democratic senators walked out of a border security panel this morning after its chairwoman invited an activist who is described by a civil rights group as a “vitriolic Mexican-basher.” Sens. Steve Gallardo and Robert Meza, both Phoenix Democrats, were protesting a presentation by Glenn Spencer, who discussed how new technology can help to secure the border.
." The same month, Spencer wrote an article on his website with another provocative title: "Is Jew-Controlled Hollywood Brainwashing Americans?" In it, he assured readers that he had Jewish friends but added: "I fear, however, that this small handful of patriotic Americans are far outnumbered by liberal Jews who now have total control over our media."
